Magaluf's Pickles Ballroom and Dance Studio

While freestyle is what most tourists in Magaluf go for, Ballroom is something that any dance lover should try learning. And where else could you learn this passionate art if not in Magaluf, the heart of Spain’s club scene? Although the name suggests this is a dance school that specializes in Ballroom, it actually addresses the customers’ love for a plethora of genres. A few amongst them are Ballroom, Latin American, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Ballet, Tap, Stage and Latin-in-Line Dancing.

The Studio is owned and operated by Ian Pickles and is located in Magaluf across the Majorca Beach Hotel. The school is three years old and has received overwhelming response from the locals. Besides teaching the technical aspects of dance, Ian wishes to inculcate self-confidence and grace into each student. He encourages people of all ages and statures to participate and helps them feel naturally at ease. The studio’s social dance evenings are a fun way to make new friends over a drink and a dance. Social dances are organized in winters twice a week.

Special rates are offered during the holidays and if you ask nicely they might even provide offers for a big group.
