Magaluf Excursions: Son Amar

Son Amar is an exclusive 16th centure estate set in the Majorcan countryside. It’s a commonly visited place for people vacationing in Majorca and Magaluf. And the attraction that draws them to this land of luxury is their fine dining and entertainment experience.

Here, you will be treated with royalty and you will feel like you have gone back in a time when champagne flowed like water and people dined to the enchanting sounds of a live orchestra. Here, that role is performed to the tee by the Son Amar Orchestra. As you enjoy your champagne and caviar experience, the show which has been enthralling audiences for years will begin.

A carnival of lights, music and laser take over the night, and out come the vivacious Son Amar Dancers, dressed in exquisite costumes. With the help of music, light, costumes and dance, they recreate Venetian carnival ball for the audience, which is left spellbound. Once the dancers take a bow, Jacobo Guerra and one of Europe’s greatest horses arrive to display an equestrian exhibition. Before you have a chance to catch your breath, music from across the world take over. The lovely Spanish ballet, Carmen Mota brings the audience alive with unforgettable dance recitals. Deeply appreciated by those who understand grace and classical dance. Following the recital is a trip through timeless music by The Drifters. As the dinner and theater show comes to an end you’re enthralled by a lovely laser and water show. The entertainment is mostly family fun and a special kids’ menu keeps their tummies as happy as their imagination.

With so much on offer, there’s no wonder that the experiences at Son Amar have widely and vocally been called Majorca's most spectacular night out, since 1963.
