Magaluf Virgins - First Timers
Magaluf can be rather intimidating for first timers. The sheer number of clubs and bars, topped off by the innumerable activities outside the party scene, can be very daunting at first. There’s so much to do and see, so how does one decide. While to some extent most decisions are made spontaneously, it would help to know the basics of Magaluf, beforehand.
The best club in Magaluf is by far the BCM Empire, which hosts the notorious foam, water and popcorn parties so often seen and heard about in the press. But there are endless clubbing options on Magaluf’s The Street as well. The Magaluf Club Pass, which costs 12 Euros allows you access to Magaluf's 5 happening clubs, namely, Boomerang, Buffalo Girls, Honeys, Bananas as well as Tokio Joes. The pass lasts for one night, which is simply not enough to cover all five clubs, but a week-long option is also available for 50 Euros.
The biggest and most famous DJs regularly grace the party circuit in Magaluf. DJ Sammy, Judge Jules, Tiesto, Tim Westwood are regulars at the bigger clubs. So, check the schedules and promotions for their live performances before catching that flight.
If you wish to explore Magaluf beyond the clubs, then you won’t be disappointed by the options at hand. Diving, ATV rentals, snorkeling, Parasailing, golf courses, water sports, adventure sports and infinite other activities are easily available everywhere. The theme parks are great with families and their prices can range from 12 Euros for a child to 24 Euros for an adult. Children under the age of 3 usually get in for free. Glass bottom boats are also a big hit with children, as is the famous Pirate Show of Magaluf. The show is an absolute giggle-fest for the young ones. A risqué version of the show is also performed for adults later in the night.
