Magaluf's Coyote Ugly Bar

The bar’s name itself draws a vivid picture of cowgirls dancing on tables and serving drinks in innovative ways for a person. Well, the picture is almost completely correct. The pub is fashioned pretty much exactly after its cinematic namesake. The girls do get up on the counter and dance the night away, not just the girls who serve the drinks but also the ones that down them. And since everyone seems to be in the mood to get up and dance, party and dance music is what the DJ sticks to.

Shots are usually the order of the day. Everyone seems to want to get high, quickly. “Not a second to waste” seems to be their mantra. Even boys who are seen sticking to pints at the start of the night are doing body shots as the party rolls on. There are basically no rules. Expect the unexpected and be prepared to do things that are out of character for you. The crowd in this place comes with the mission to get really crazy. Perhaps, the fact that it is inspired by the movie, makes you feel like you’re part of an unreal world where you can do anything and be anyone. And isn’t that what Magaluf is all about?
